  10. The file MENUEXP.EXE should be copied to your Norton Desktop for
  11. Windows subdirectory (it must be stored in the subdirectory where
  12. the file NDWDLL.DLL is located).
  13.  
  14. This file should be used when you notice problems when creating
  15. large Custom Menus, Launch Lists, or Quick Access Groups.  Under
  16. some conditions the creation of large Custom Menus, Launch
  17. Lists, or Quick Access Groups would cause the Desktop to hang
  18. when you subsequently tried to use them.

  20. To eliminate this problem, type MENUEXP from the DOS prompt. DO
  21. NOT RUN MENUEXP FROM WITHIN WINDOWS, PARTICULARLY WHEN NORTON
  22. DESKTOP IS THE SHELL.

  25. owners only, and subject to the terms of the original license
